Robin Gill reports that another five Americans have been fined under British Columbia’s quarantine act, after they were caught on vacation in Vancouver, despite the Canada-U.S. Border closed to non-essential travel.

And, several post-secondary institutions in the United States are already shutting down again, as COVID-19 cases linked to student dorms continue to overwhelm colleges and universities. Now there’s renewed concern that the Labour Day long weekend will once again lead to even more infections. Jennifer Johnson reports.
