Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is facing some pressure to invoke federal emergency legislation in a bid to flatten the COVID-19 curve.
But, the prime minister doesn’t agree that it is necessary and premiers like Ontario’s Doug Ford are outspoken in their opposition to using emergency powers.
