Cold fact… Response-to-pandemic plans have been available, in print, through the WHO, since 2016. Until Trump made hating the WHO part of his political agenda. and the CDC muzzled to serve the same agenda, the CDC could have produced a general response plan in JANUARY, which then individual businesses and organisations could apply without the added expense and time-wasting of commissioning tens of thousands of separate epidemiological response plans.
